Year 13 Geography Field Trip
Year 13 Geography Field Trip to Bournemouth
Year 13 geographers went to Bournemouth for 2 nights to complete research for their coursework. Each student had an individual enquiry question, which they have to do primary and secondary research for. The Geographers started off on the beach, measuring the waves, beach profile, size of sediment, and measuring the coastal defences. The next day they went into the town centre, counting the people, giving questionnaires to local people and observing the land use in the area.
The students worked really hard and hopefully enjoyed the experience as well.
