Information for parents who have purchased a Chromebook (pre 2024) or Windows laptop (2024 onwards) via the school lease scheme provided by Freedom Tech.
Logging a repair/loss/warranty claim
If the device is under three years old please raise a claim via Freedom Tech’s website by clicking here
After raising the claim, Freedom Tech will provide you with a FTCS reference number.
The school will issue a loan device whilst your child’s device is being repaired/replaced.
Please note the school will require your FTCS reference number before issuing a loan device.
