Year 8 Online Safety Workshops

Today, our Year 8 form groups took part in an Online Safety Workshop, exploring the impact of phone and screen use and developing their understanding of online safety.

 

A key focus of the session was demonstrating just how much information phones and apps can gather about us through our online interactions, searches, location data and app usage. Students were encouraged to think critically about their digital footprint, the information they share, and the importance of making informed choices online.

 

An engaging and thought-provoking session helping students stay safe, informed and responsible in an increasingly connected world.
