We are delighted to introduce a new initiative for our Year 9 and 10 students:
Aim High – For the Love of Learning.
This six-week, independent learning programme is designed to ignite curiosity and encourage students to explore topics beyond the standard curriculum.
Throughout the programme, pupils will have the opportunity to:
- Select a topic of personal interest
- Engage with a range of high-quality online resources (including those from Oxford University, TEDED Talks, BBC Future, and Zooniverse)
- Maintain a weekly Learning Log to track their progress
- Attend virtual lectures or participate in digital projects
- Produce a final reflective piece summarising their learning journey
Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate of achievement and have their final work displayed in school.
