AIM HIGH ENRICHMENT (yr 8) – Ted Talks (March/April 2018)

The year 8 AIM HIGH Enrichment has been working on producing their own Ted Talks. After watching a number of different Ted Talks online all students were asked to research and develop their own Ted Talk on a topic of their choice. Students were given the opportunity to work on their own or in pairs. Students were given a number of weeks working in an ICT sweet to complete their presentations. Students picked a huge variety of topics ranging from “the psychology of advertising” to “should footballers get paid more than nurses?” and have begun to present their talks this week.
